Not to denigrate Steve Jablonsky in any way, but his score on the 2009 remake was one of the reasons that movie didn't really feel like a Friday The 13th. While it was an effective score to an extent, it made for merely an entertaining movie, as opposed to an entertaining Friday movie.

Want any further sequels to have an authentic Crystal Lake feel? Bring Harry back for the score.

Petch, I couldn't agree more with you my friend. Overall I was really disappointed with the remake, big let down.

I dug it!!!!! It would be interesting to see what Harry's score would have done to the movie... had they used him!!!!

I love his stuff in the early Friday the 13th's....

But yeah if Part 2 ever gets off the ground... Id vote for Harry!!!!!

... and yeah I agree with Petch... Harry's music def. give those early F13th's their "vibe".... Ive said it before and Ill say it again.... no movie gave me that feeling/vibe I had when I first saw the F13th's... I still get that feeling when I watch... I dunno what it is... maybe it was just cos I saw them when I was 5-6 years old and they are part of my child hood!!!!

I think Warner Bros. is going to go with a new story, not really related to the reboot of 2009. If so, then what a great opportunity to bring Harry back to the franchise he helped create!
