It's a new wave - electro-industrial - hard rock- goth style canadian band formed in the 80's. The member list includes Nivek Ogre, cEvin Key and Dave "Rave" Ogilvie. They're quite good, I like their music. Is there a fan of them in the Pit?

I liked them. Seen them live few years back, was pretty chaotic gig.

however, didn't hear any new album after one 2004, I am sticking to old albums.

I too tend to listen to their old albums more than their new ones. Althought they released a new album called "Undeveloped" in 2010 or 2011 if I'm not mistaken.

I haven't seen them live unfortunately. It was a chaotic gig? Were there many fans screaming or something?

They showed clips from various banned movies, news and documentaries in background (if you ever seen their videos, you'll know what I am talking about). Singer was later covered in fake blood, and they used other props (some limited pyro aswell). Aside from that, it was a great show, they really give 150% of themselves into the show.

I've seen them only once live, but I've heard that they do similar things on every live show. Kinda like Rammstein and pyros. This was in Hungary few years back. Oh and speaking of Rammstein, I am not big fun, but had a chance to see them live and they are really worth buying a ticket. Only now they don't use pyros much since they had some pyro accident on one show. (at least that's what I've heard)

I see. Same here, I'm not a big fan of Rammstein either. Yeah, these pyro tricks can be dangerous and cause problems and accidents. As for the gig of SP, yeah, I have seen these videos they show in every concert and you're right, they give everything into their shows!

worst thing about SP concert was the fact that I was surrounded by huge amount of goth girls and other industrial freaks.

Now, don't get me wrong, I LOVE girls, but I avoid Vampira-wanna-be-s in large circle. They always want to be dark and creepy, but many of them fail miserably and just end up being annoying.

Haha I know first hand. In my opinion, having a goth style means that you have a different philosophy and point of view about things and it's something you believe, a way of living. Many people just dress like goths and wear these freaky make-up on just to draw attention. They always get annoying though.

Dunno, but I avoid them in general. They always tend to have same lifestory so yep, they really get on my nerves. What is worse is that most of them tend to be hot, but complete idiots.

Some of them are ok tho. Those are usually ones without generic "lifestory"
