Howling remake...

It's crap. Just skip it. How bad it is? Think of it as "Werewolf Twilight". Actually, this is like a another goddamn Twilight movie, only without vampires. It's set in high school. Guy tries to get the girl. Some werewolves show up.

and werewolves... how they look? Remember Shlock The Bannana Monster? Well, add some teeth and long nails and you got it. They look more like vampires from From Dusk Till Down with lot of hair on their legs.

Seriously, skip this one and pretend it never happen. Go watch The Howling 2: You're Sister and have fun. :pimp:

Darkwulf is masterpiece compared to this crap. Who even gave money for this shit to be made?

the official title for this one should be "The Howling: We Buried the Franchise... Again" :leather:

I didn't think there was a remake of Howling. Just another sequel.

To tell you the truth, lot of those remakes felt like sequels to me.

Elm Street. The only feeling about remake is that there's no Robert Englund. Rest of the movie could easily pass for big budget sequel.

and do we even need to start on Friday the 13th? Why is this remake? What exactly they remade? At least Elm Street had slight change in Freddy's origin, but in F13th everything is much the same as preview eight movies (not counting JGtH and Jason X). (I am probably gonna get raped for this, but I thought Derek was amazing as Jason.)

Halloween was the only one that could be called remake, since there was lot of changes... but it's still a crapfest.

Derek Mears WAS awesome as Jason. Best Jason since Ted White.

Movie was blah, but Derek was great. I never felt that beside Hooder any other guy who played Jason gave anything memorable about that character. They were just big guys with mask for me. Hooder and Derek gave him something...

oh and speaking of Hooder, will he ever get out of Jason character? Every single slasher I've seen where he is a killer, he plays Jason, only without Jason makeup. :lol:
