I notice alot of members don't have their avatars operational. Remember that your avatar and "profile pic" are two DIFFERENT images. Go to your profile settings to see about uploading an avatar. If anybody is really struggling, please let a moderator or admin know and we will sort it for you.

Just some hints: Sometimes if you set EXACT size of both avatar and picture, forum won't recognize them (and upload them)
In that case, set size to ONE PIXEL smaller then allowed (eg, if max. avatar size is 90x90, set your to 89x89 pixels)
It should work that way.
For cropping and resizing, you can use Windows Office Picture Manager, that comes with every Windows XP as default.

or simply go back into the old pit forum, save your old avatar and then upload it on the new forum like I did since my wife deleted the folder of my pictures off the pc.
