Hey John,
I just wanted to say that I very much appreciate anything that ye' can put together for those of us still comin' in August. I've never gone to one of these conventions, so I was really excited to see what one was like. I was so annoyed when it got postponed & became very suspicious of what was happening. I posted some things which were negative, & I don't like bein' that person. I sincerely apologize for anything I typed which may've offended you or anyone else associated with this event. Things do happen beyond our control. I was just upset & ventin' I guess. I hope I do get to meet you & all you other fine people somehow in a couple of weeks. And so much more important than any of this material stuff, I hope your brother gets well, John.

Well said Ken, and I know me personally... I was ready to throw in the towel. But the more I think about things, We have to show this turd stain what true fans are about... Sticking together, and rolling with the punches. Maybe while he's getting railed in the ass by Bubba, someone will pass the word along (while he's trying to pick up his soap) that this was the Best con in the history of mankind. I wish you the best, and I really hope I can be there in May. And again, thanks for your hard work everyone.

Thanks John. You have my full support. FF1 was my first horror con and have been to all FF since. I know shit happens and I will be at all future FF.

It's only right that I post this: As I stated at the start of this thread, I became very suspicious when this event got postponed & regretfully posted some negative stuff toward John & his show. I just received a reply from John for the email I'd sent him. While I am not gettin' my $ back (the disclaimer told me that from the beginning anyway), John did at least offer to help me with fees for changin' flights, as well as an offer for additional VIP passes for the event in May. The fact that he even took the time to respond to me says alot. Things do happen sometimes out of our control. I'm still goin' in less than 3 weeks. I'm still hopin' that John can somehow salvage somethin' for those of us who are locked into goin' to TX. After all the bashin' & naysayin' that's occurred in these blogs, I just needed to let everyone here know that I have faith in John's integrity. I hope we still get to meet in a couple of weeks, John; that goes for the rest of you as well. Lets keep our fingers crossed that John can still arrange somethin' that will get us together!
