I just hope they stick to the original feeling of the first two movies. I've heard ideas about bringing in a younger singer, and I think that would be a huge mistake. It's got to be focused on Eddie, and it's got to be Michael Paré playing Eddie. Otherwise, there's just no point in bothering. Paul McCartney is still playing to packed venues, all over the world. He doesn't need to bring in a younger guy to keep people's interest. Neither would Eddie. In fact, they should bring back Wordman, but only if it's Tom Berenger.
If they were really smart, they'd get Diane Lane in there. That would bring a lot of Streets of Fire fans just dying to see them together again!

Yes,he's the only Eddie and so he has to be in part III,if there'll be made a movie.I hope it a lot,that it'll happen.And then he has to have a nice female co-star.Diane Lane would be very good or any other one-perhaps Sandra Bullock? |

Both of those actresses would be wonderful alongside MP!
(Michael and Sandra SHOULD be cast as Stephanie Plum and Joe Morelli, in "One For the Money". Those roles are perfect for them.
Michael SHOULD play Dr. Michael Tolland, in Dan Brown's "Deception Point", if they make it into a movie. It's as if the role were written for him.)
But, "Eddie" first! LOL!

Oh yes,I have to agree with you.Michael and Sandra would be perfect as Joe Morelli and Stephanie Plum.It would be wonderful to see them in the movie 'One for the Money'.
To playing Michael Tolland.I read unfortunately only a few parts of the book,but yes,Michael would be good playing that character.
But seeing Mr.Paré in Eddie III would be the best and then Ms Bullock playing besides him would be like a dream comes true...... |

It would be a dream come true, to have Eddie 3, starring Michael, open in theaters. I'd probably go see it 10 times, and then be first in line to buy the DVD. LOL!

I am very flattered you all would like to see Eddie again but that is up to the Scotti Brothers.
I think furnace is destined for the theaters this summer so lets keep our eyes on that.
Billy is great to work with and on the "Wave" as I have heard him described.Jenny was fun and full of energy and talent.
I would like to do a horror-sci-fi series with Billy as the creator/showrunner.
If there are any specific questions I could answer I would be happy to.

Hi Michael! We are all looking forward to seeing The Furnace. Sounds like it is going to be a good old "hide my eyes in my husband's shoulder", scary movie!

Darn! I missed him too. Michael, I know you've seen enough "swooning" in your time, but just a little "Hi Sandy", and I'll be a happy camper!
I wish I could go to the Horror convention, but I'm going to be spending most of July in Huntington Beach and Irvine for softball tournaments. (My husband runs a girls' fastpitch softball organization), which means I probably can't make the trip in June also.
Y'all should come to the tournaments. Come on! Softball tournaments are fun! Lots of bar-b-ques! Maybe it will give you an idea for a scary movie. At least it would be a warm climate for the shoot. LOL!

I guess I missed you too. I was too busy at the myspace page you put.(fun stuff!)
So, how do we tell the Scotti Bros.? (cast me! I could have 2 lines! *>* ooh, talented! heh)
Furnace this summer, ahh. Was it good excercise? With all the worry to give the plot away I'm a little nervous to ask questions.
I think that photo you've got here is just nice. (sweet...)(doin'?)
2103 was in the sci-fi/horror catagory. I had to watch that like 5 times before I caught all the little stuff that was going on. (maybe it was just horror if you were a scardey cat, I thought it was superb)
I just wonder if I should take flashy with me to Burbank this summer.(friendly, hates car rides. Oh well!)
