Right click and save to a folder of your choice on your hard-drive. Then log into the board and click the "Edit Profile" at the top right of the page. Scroll down to "Picture" and click the "browse" button to the right of the text field shown. Navigate to the avatar image (wherever you saved it) on your hard-drive and then click the "Save Profiles Changes" button just below.
